What are your financial projections? $k/month? MM$/year?
Why do you need a tech partner? Have you tried freelancers?
Does your idea need web infrastructure?
What is the deliverable? A report? An executable? A service?
Do you have a network of potential customers already?
How do you see financing the development? Unpaid? VC funding? Your own investment?
