The copyright industry needs to be stopped. Their greed doesn't justify the massive collateral damage they're inflicting on our digital rights and access to a fair and open internet worldwide.

Correct, unless you are pointing Unbound at those providers using DoT. If Unbound is just using the root servers you would talk to the authoritative name-servers.
