Show HN: I Built a Tool to Save 95% of Your Time Writing Emails

Hey HN,

A few months ago, I was swamped with the daily grind of writing emails. It felt like a never-ending task, consuming hours each day. One evening, while discussing this with a friend, an idea sparked: what if AI could handle email writing for us?

The Idea

Inspired by AI advancements, I envisioned a tool that could automate email composition. The goal was clear: create something that fits seamlessly into daily routines, handles multiple languages, and generates contextually accurate emails.

The Journey

I dove into the world of AI and natural language processing, focusing on understanding the nuances of email communication—tone, context, and clarity. After weeks of research, I began coding the prototype. The early versions were rough but promising, and I tested them rigorously by writing my own emails.

Building Scribix

A major breakthrough was implementing a feature that allowed the AI to learn from previous emails, adapting to a user’s unique writing style over time. This made the emails generated by Scribix feel personal and authentic.

Real-World Testing

I shared the prototype with a small group of friends and colleagues. Their feedback was invaluable. They appreciated how Scribix could draft responses in seconds, handle multiple languages, and understand the context of conversations.

The Result

After months of development and countless iterations, Scribix became a powerful email assistant. It composes emails from brief prompts, generates context-aware replies, and saves users significant time, allowing them to focus on more important tasks.
