Priced for != sold for. How much have they actually been selling for?
Without selling, their value is $0.
Isn't the wait time to get one pretty significant? I doubt the people buying trucks at these prices are overly concerned with deal-hunting.

That all rests on the question of what they are actually selling for.
(I think the contract not to sell is stupid but I have been belaboured elsewhere about that. So, this is't about if this kind of contract SHOULD be allowed, it's that it does appear to exist)
