US goverment sanctions Moscow Stock Exchange

Mostly tangential: one of the sanctioned entities is the National Clearing Center, or NCC. I assume that means that "NCC" will be added to the SDN list, which is going to probably cause an large number of headaches for the legal and invoicing departments of the other NCC[1].
