Ask HN: Where to Find Tech/ML Meetups in the Bay Area?

Hi everyone,

I'm spending the next 4 months interning in the Bay Area (ML for BioTech) and would like to make the most out of it.

Therefore, I was wondering how to find the most interesting (Bio)-Tech/Machine Learning meetups I should attend?

Thanks in advance!

Luckily I was just sent these recommendations today by a friend! Here you go:

* Y Combinator

* Stanford’s Accelerator StartX

* Berkeley’s Accelerator Skydeck

* 500 Start-Ups

* Alchemist

* IndieBio

* Plug & Play

* Founders Institute (they also have a list of events)

* Start-Up Grind

* SF Start-Up Networking

* MeetUp

* Eventbrite

* Garysguide (great source)

* AllEvents.in

I find Meetup.com to be helpful for this.
