I caught my employee working a second remote job. Here's why I fired them

Working a second job doesn't necessarily mean that performance on the first will suffer, or other team members will suffer, or "productivity" (what a horrid concept) will suffer.
CEOs do it all the time. Not only are many CEOs, but also Board Members of other companies.
What a two-faced piece of shit.

I fully support this CEO in his decision to fire the employee, but his need to couch himself in this kind of rhetoric is cringeworthy. Just forego the pandering about a four day work week and admit you intentionally built a case against the employee who deceived you and fired him.
Furthermore, if it was just about performance, why did you even need to build the case in this way?
