TikTok hid and I hid my profile multiple times and would hide peoples accounts when I had them on my contract list.

Basically made me feel like the entire application is malicious and associated with almost all my issues.

I am pretty sure that TikTok causes the iOS “Please share your contacts” modal to appear when they believe you are most likely about to tap the area where the “Agree” button appears.

The amount of dark patterns they have is approaching infinity. I’ve seen some I had never encountered before.

(Why) is the Accept button not disabled for some initial period? It shouldn't really be possible to consent to that in five milliseconds...

Alternatively: if Apple genuinely cares about its users' privacy, why doesn't it make it harder to share such data than just pressing a single button? How about typing "yes" into a box or something? If you're really benefiting from sharing your contacts, surely typing Yes isn't going to make you change your mind...

I’m afraid to share them but at this point I can’t imagine being in my situation and not being able to yell for help.

The most shocking thing to me is that apparently 42% of young adults (in Germany) use Pinterest. I knew they must have some users, but I wouldn't have guessed that they are doing so well. Much less in that age group

I use it for interior design ideas and fashion ideas, and a lot of girls I talk to use it to build mood boards for themselves. It's actually a pretty big app.

My interest in Pinterest left with my chill on Farmville.
