Some account is posting comments in PRs which causes a CSS injection attack. When the attack is effective, a Discord link blinks on the page, covering the subject GitHub issue with a giant image.
It looks like GitHub may have already caught it, because for some the attack has already stopped, but if you see one of these comments, now you know what's going on.
