The problem with Joy's program is that it relies on people arriving at consensus on doing something obviously rational; I submit that the events ca. 2020 demonstrate that this is Never Gonna Happen — or at least not gonna happen before (even assuming we're not in the mirror universe timeline) eugenics wars, WWIII, etc. etc.
Do we have any post-2020 updates from him on these themes?
