Ask HN: Anyone from Telnyx here to help? I've been banned for dev cycle

I signed up with Telnyx Thursday, bought an SMS number, loaded up $10.

During development of a simple chat feature, I was banned on Friday due to suspicious activity. I was only texting myself and my cofounder, and there was a bug in the code that sent 10 SMS messages to my number in a short time frame.

I called their number to ask what's up and they said they can't do/say anything about my case. Is there anyone on HN that can help? Why have these companies become so bad with their support?
