Now there are the ads of course, but possibly worse is the suggested content that there are settings implying you can hide but they never work. I want to finish new content in my feed by seeing the last thing I'd already seen, not scrolling into a miasma of suggested content before I realise.
That almost every social media service develops endlessly into misery is just depressing.
Same goes for hiding and reporting content outside friends circle on facebook - these features give a false sense of being in control what you see there.
