Polaris Catalog: An Open Source Catalog for Apache Iceberg

Saw this earlier today elsewhere but hadn't clicked in & hadn't seen it was Snowflake doing this! Whoooaaa! Incredible to me that they're taking such a seemingly strong stand to facilitate interop between products, versus strongly favoring Snowflake stuff.
