Why is a group of billionaires working to re-elect Trump?

A good book that predicted this over 10 years ago:

Piketty, T. (2014). Capital in the twenty-first century. Harvard University Press.

This pattern seems common when wealth is concentrated.

And this work points out that concentrating wealth is a product of our stupid idea of how capital should work.
