As a long time user of Ubuntu, Arch & Fedora I agree with all of your points. Although, in my personal experience, the only time I had trouble with Arch was when I tried messing with things I wasn't ready for.

If you're dead set on a rolling release distro and all you do is run Arch out of the box with the occasional AUR package mixed in, I'd say its stable enough for a working man.

Fedora has a special place in my heart though.
