Automatic dark mode with OpenBSD and dwm

Somehow I didn't realize that the FOSS world had a way to signal light/dark mode to applications (apparently, xsettings). So this turns out to be immediately practical even though I'm not on OpenBSD at the moment:)

The author choose to use redshift, probably for a good reason, I expect it has much nicer system integration hooks for one. However an interesting article into the mechanism of shifting desktop color is found here. https://flak.tedunangst.com/post/sct-set-color-temperature

I've been using OpenBSD since the late 1990s and had no idea xsettingsd was a thing. Trying it with cwm this upcoming week. Thanks!
