Amazing how he is allowed to moonlight while others have to sign contracts which forbids moonlighting.

Is it amazing? It’s called leverage. It’s not unusual at all.

Amazed I sit here. Direct-to-blood-coffee, Copilot+++. Anyways, I'm sure it's all for the sake of humanity.

Quotes from the sec.gov-hosted farewell letter linked by JauntTrooper - thanks for the source!

Why was he on the board in the first place?

Boards of large companies are largely a circular group of rich people fellating each other?

I didn't even know he was also a Starbucks exec. Wild.

Not an exec, just on the board, which isn't the same

In fact, it’s common and desirable.

At first I thought cnbc literally just wrote a headline as an article, and left it at that. Took me a while to realize it was a video link.

so who else was he on the board with? sounds like a major disagreement with the board only, not executive management.

Wish they provided more details on the reason.

Probably have to wait for anonymous insider disclosures, or even maybe a revealing lawsuit to pop up in the legal system.

Here's his resignation letter:
