The Stench of Climate Change Denial

Funny how we always hear talks about how we have to limit CO2 and how the best way to do this is to buy solar or wind power and an e-car.
Nobody seems to talk about what we do if that's not enough and how we tackle the challenges ahead but solar power, e-car and a democratic president are the right answers.
As soon as you question that narrative a lot of bad faith actors show up to de-rail the discussion and attack you in person because solar power, e-car and a democratic president...
Even when you read an article like this and you're under the impression that it's even half neutral, in the end solar power, e-car and the democratic president...
I'm so tired of people destroying our future with this activism, I don't even know where to start.
Hail solar power, e-car and a democratic president!
You mean like the oil lobby that tries to deny or downplay the consequences of climate change because they don't want to lose their profits and can afford to deal with the consequences.
>Nobody seems to talk about what we do if that's not enough and how we tackle the challenges ahead but solar power, e-car and a democratic president are the right answers.
They talk about but that's more expensive, takes more time, and partially even needs technology that doesn't exist yet.
>I'm so tired of people destroying our future with this activism, I don't even know where to start.
I'm so tired of people destroying our future because they don't want to change anything, I don't even know where to start.
>Hail solar power, e-car and a democratic president!
Hail coal and gas power, combustion car and Trump as president!
Morituri te salutant.
Yeah exactly. Hard to imagine that only exists on one side of the isle...
>They talk about but that's more expensive, takes more time, and partially even needs technology that doesn't exist yet.
So you're saying what we're doing now is not going to help and the things we really need don't exist yet?
>I'm so tired of people destroying our future because they don't want to change anything, I don't even know where to start.
I'm so tired of people making assumptions, insinuating things that have never been said. Exactly the kind of bad faith acting that I mentioned before.
>Morituri te salutant.
Thanks for proving my points.
But only one side a the majority of scientists on its side
>So you're saying what we're doing now is not going to help and the things we really need don't exist yet?
No, I say that some technologies we need to deal with the consequences don't exist yet. The technology to prevent it already exists, we are just late in using it.
>I'm so tired of people making assumptions, insinuating things that have never been said. Exactly the kind of bad faith acting that I mentioned before.
How ironic because you did the same the sentence before.
>Thanks for proving my points.
Thanks for proving your narrow view. People in the world already die from climate change consequences but I think they don't count.
Looking at what "science" is supposed to be nowadays I have my doubts. Looks more like there are a lot of people that all say the same thing because out of fear of loosing their jobs.
> How ironic because you did the same the sentence before.
Glad you noticed it.
