RenderCV – A Latex CV/resume framework

cool.

last year i tried to make a CV in libreoffice then word. both failed spectacularly. i resorted to markdown then i forced myself to learn latex for this specific purpose and it was much better.

again, markdown seems to be the middle ground of ease of use before going full-blown latex which seems to be ultimate in this specific use.

i repeat, do not use word/libeoffice for this work. you will forever try to keep the formatting in line which will require you to adjust by spaces, tabs, left right justify align and then when you type something, it will fail and you will have to do it again.

markdown otoh just lets you type in notepad for all i care and it will give a much better result.
