Ask HN: What are options to build cross-platform efficient desktop apps

I'm planning to build a cross platform desktop app. I see few options as Electron, Tauri and flutter.

Electron is probably the solution where I can build quickly as a lot of mature packages exists which will speed up the process. But electron is just so bloated, consume too much RAM and not that fast.

Flutter is relatively efficient way but desktop ecosystem is not mature. I need a code editor(like codemirror) which does not exist.

Tauri is again running a webview so not sure how efficient is that.

What are mature and efficient ways to write desktop apps.
