"Hence: God" doesn't follow from this argument. An intelligent designer doesn't have to be the ultimate, all knowing, all powerful designer. Humans are intelligent designers. A modern passenger plane is a sophisticated design. Of course, "God" may be outsourcing or delegating some of "his" design work to lower level designers.
