Cost of Constructing a Home- 2022 (NAHB)

Provided as an article submission because:

1) Global housing shortage (apparently now hinders world immigration according to Bloomberg)

2) Official study that provides reference numbers on actual costs (at least for America).

3) It's a VC website, there's probably a bunch of optimizations and business possibilities. Probably even some "tech" VC. Housing costs also jumped $100,000 in the last 3 years of the study apparently (the framing by itself is more than most other categories).

4) It might provide interesting discussion on house building, house costs, or realty / construction utilities in America
