My question would be if this company runs people repeatedly through exhaustive matrices to diagnose and actually cure root causes or will they follow the healthcare system by giving people drugs to tinker with feedback loops to mimic readings of good health? I am personally done with tinker drugs but if there was an organization that followed my personal rule of no masking symptoms and only curing root causes I would probably be interested, especially if they continually find issues and go as deep as the rabbit holes go, risk rank issues, prioritize the most serious ones and do not give up until there is resolution. The price would make sense to me if this were truly the case. I would see it as a bonus if they did not have to color within the lines of the AMA, FSMB, FDA and other organizations that limit what doctors can do or if I could waiver out of them. i.e. Allow for the fictional Dr. House to become something ever so slightly closer to a reality.
When I saw this headline I assumed it was a lifetime membership. It's apparently the annual cost. I guess this would be good for someone who would be 'guilted' into going to the gym because of the (admittedly sunk) cost of the membership fee — but for whom the regular membership fee of just $4,000/year is an insufficient motivator.
