‘The Design of Everyday Things’. It was recommended on an old HN thread about software design. Very eye opening in consideration of “natural mapping” and Human Intuition. Highly recommended.

Just be warned, you’ll become very critical of doors after reading this book. There are so many poorly designed doors.
