Ask HN: How Can I Learn Sales as a First-Time Founder?

As a first-time founder with a background in product management, I'm building a product in web3 with a focus on real-world assets (RWA). We're a b2b business and I'm quickly realizing that successful startups often thrive with a sales-led approach.

However, I'm new to sales beyond soft pitches. Can anyone point me to resources like books, videos, or tutorials on getting started? I'm also keen to learn about essential metrics to track. Any suggestions?
