I'm an iPhone user myself. A friend of mine is having this experience. Apparently it's some sort of teaser for the voice dialling feature when you're about to make a call.
I wonder what actually triggers this? I've never encountered anything like it on my Android phone.
Any chance you already have the voice assistant enabled?
No, I don't. Maybe that's why? Google has inferred that I dislike voice interfaces because I keep that stuff turned off?
That would seem uncharacteristically considerate of them.
