Ask HN: (India) How to report Airtel giving location information w/o formal proc

So, a year ago, January 2023, (sorry I'm late I know), an abusive relative of mine (not a police officer) got my location from a person (who apparently was a police officer).

I have the following details:

1) Name and phone number of the said police officer.

2) Name and phone number of my relative, with the information shared between these phone numbers on WhatsApp

3) Date of the information shared +-1 day.

I have a strong reason to suspect that the same information was again shared within the last 2-3 days between the same people but I might be wrong.

I am reasonably sure that there was no formal warrant and this information was shared casually by Airtel with the said police officer.

Question --

Is there some way to get law enforcement to catch up with them? Is there anyone here among us who can help? The said people are in Rajasthan. Ideally I'd like this information sharing to be very formal and warrant-required for all citizens but for now I'll be happy if I can get these two people sent in.
