Yes there are places in the world with better deals but saying 23 million people are going to lose it, just isn't accurate.
Comcast is only one ISP. There's a whole lot of ISPs (Charter Spectrum a prime example) that's not going to do anyhing to compensate those people.
Especially in rural areas, for Comcast and Charter, the scariest part of ACP ending is going to be all the T-Mobile home internet signups.
True change will come about when we address that root issue.
That provides a strong incentive for the ISPs to lower prices instead of terminating accounts.
