It might be a stretch comparison, but if like to know whether the authors believed that they had other better data points or industry averages to refer to. Ultimately, the question is… “is spaceX putting profits above people”. And then how do you measure that in terms of industry norms.

Comparing an industrial rocket company to Aerospace seems like a stretch. How about including passengers when comparing to an "Aerospace" company like Boeing?
