Ask for feedback on career development platform

I’d like to share and ask for feedback on my startup in the HR performance development field.
Our mission is to enhance clarity and transparency in career development for all organizational members, providing them with a clear path for progression.
We developed our platform from personal frustrations about lacking clarity on how to progress to the next level. Previous companies used tools like Lattice and 15five, but they were made for leadership, and there is not so much value to end users (employees). That’s why we started developing our platform.
We’ve been working on it for the past six months and are eager to share our progress and gather your honest feedback. Please visit our website at https://sprout-hr.com/, there you can find a demo video of our platform.
Looking forward to your thoughts!
