Docker Compose: `version` is obsolete

We already removed the version from our compose files once we first saw the warning.

I'm not sure if I'm more surprised at the person seeing the warning and thinking it's a bug, or the guy complaining about a warning for a deprecation.

Compose versions used to be a major pain in the neck, that's been resolved for a while now, it was time to just get rid of it.

A welcome change as far as my team is concerned.
