This tweet sucks. Provide some context, perhaps? Why would firing the Python team make Google more competitive at GenAI? I can think of only mild correlations between those two things - nothing that really makes any sense though?

He wasn’t the only Pythonista there.
I figured the “Go” team would have already ousted any Python teams long ago.
