Alexa, Change Your OKRs

This is a nice article that resonates with me.

I dislike OKRs because I think there is a good chance that they are going to hinder a team in their effort to do a good job. In the extreme case OKRs might be downright harmful (like described in the article), but even when the goals are roughly aligned it seems to me to be a nonefficient distraction from actually working on whatever makes sense (if the team is motivated and competent).

Objectives and Key Results

Alexa's "follow ups" are the most infuriating thing. I have never once thought "Oh, thank you for telling me that". Maybe it's because I already know what Alexa can do (and what it can't) or I already have other methods for accomplishing what it suggests and don't want to use Alexa.

I've never thrown a keyboard/mouse/controller in anger but those follow ups make me want to start looking for a hammer. I really need to look into HA Voice as a replacement.
