Kroger's Panopticon: Making Criminals of Grocery Shoppers

Our Kroger is 15% higher price than the walmart down the street, seems dingy and dimly lit in comparison, and I do not trust their meat department in the slightest. They put stuff up that stinks.

Been that way for 15+ years. I suspect the criminal activity dragging that store down involves management, not employees.

At some point they will lose more money from people that stop to shop there... I stopped using my local Kroger for other reasons though (food not fresh because of storage issues, etc).
