You be fair, I think we're already there in lots of places. There's all sorts of advice, particularly for government jobs, about how to make your resume comply for HR screening. Whether it's an algorithm acted out by some unthinking HR drone or by a computer doesn't matter much.

Thanks for the input, we are looking into adding that in the coming months while we develop out different features and functionality.

Also AI will be used by companies to create the job postings and review the resumes.
