Is this a surprise to anyone? To me it seems that Waymo is the furthest along when it comes to actual full self driving, and those are heavily geofenced and just looking at the car it's clear they have far more sensors onboard than what Tesla's have. This is not to mention that companies like Waymo and Cruise focus exclusively on self driving whereas Tesla also has the overhead of worrying about building the car itself (and the obligatory "all the other shit Musk dreams up")
