Show HN: Typehere.app (Textarea with Vim)

everything is in ctrl/cmd+k!

typehere.co died so i made typehere.app which does the exact same. i started using it and decided to add more to it, such as vim support, different pages, different workspaces, pinned pages, etc.

source code is here: https://github.com/shaoruu/typehere.app

oh also! it has offline support (source is cached in the browser)

click the ? on the bottom right for more information

for avid vim users, you can use ctrl/cmd+j/k to navigate in the ctrl/cmd+k menu, and ctrl/cmd+b to enter the note

there's also typehere.cc (another typehere clone), but i personally like dark/light theme + vim a lot
