The one thing keeping me from taking the plunge is I (probably my bad workflow) really lean on editing a bunch of code and then selectively committing individual lines (eg I am editing foo(), but I see comment string for bar() is wrong. I tweak both, and when I get around to it will selectively make two commits from the edited lines). It seems like this workflow is a bit more painful to hit. At least, there is no visual tooling which is going to understand jj right now, so it is up to me to do that commit surgery.
I thought this[0] jj tutorial does a lot to sell the experience.

Check out gg as a graphical interface. It’s still very young, but it might be of help!
For anyone else looking, it is "Gui for JJ" https://github.com/gulbanana/gg
