Show HN: Cron Alternatives for your next project

Hi HN,

As the creators of a popular cron job monitoring tool, we talk to a lot of cron jobs and, whenever possible, the humans that created them. If there’s one thing we’ve learned it’s that job scheduling is complex, with a lot of constraints and hairy edge cases.

Each job scheduler navigates these problems in its own unique way, and today developers have more choices than ever for running scheduled job workloads in production. We’ve created a list of 56 different job schedulers that you can compare across different attributes to help you find the best job scheduler for your next project. If we’re missing your favorite, please let us know in the comments!

Cheers, Shane and August
