Tesla quarterly deliveries decline in nearly four years

Or is there a significant other way than sales for those cars to leave inventory? For example, are cars used in warranty replacements excluded from deliveries?
Is that critical to their cash-flow? Seems like that is better than Toyota, which according to [0], has 261,000 new vehicles in inventory (or the dealers do), which is a 43 day supply (the lowest number of days of supply in that list). Or Ford, with 418,000 in inventory, a 108 day supply.
Also, I don’t understand how 261,000 vehicles can be 43 days of supply for Toyota given that they sell about 11 million cars each year (https://www.automotivedive.com/news/toyota-annual-sales-2023...)
Also, 11,200,000 / 261,000 is conspicuously close to 43. ¿Sounds low to me, but maybe they miscalculated, and they have 1/43th of a year or just over a week of inventory?

...so that jives with the 43 days of U.S. supply backlog.
