I’m curious, did it give you chips for free after telling you they were out of chips, or did it give you some kind of voucher for your next order?

I ordered (and complained) through the app, so my account now has two coupons for free guac and chips.

It was the in-store employee who told me that they were out of chips when I went to pick up the order.
