NYC AI Chatbot Touted by Adams Tells Businesses to Break the Law

There was an Air Canada case where the airline was held liable for what the chatbot told the user.

I think Air Canada fought it because it was a litmus test to see if they could get away with it, which in turn would have saved them a lot of money.

I can't see the case here though, this is the NYC GOV according to the site (https://chat.nyc.gov/), surely they would need extra levels of vetting of the response because bad information here can affect people's lives.
