This is the kind of "lost" which is "was not even allowed to try and win"
The purpose of the lawsuit was to intimidate all those who dare to criticise him. It was never going to work and Musk knew that because his army of legal reps would have told him that. But the intimidation will still make others think twice about criticizing him.
