My hot take is insufficient monitoring by state and federal environmental agencies at this facility.
A handkerchief might be fine for a little bit due to cold weather, or to wipe your brow when it's hot out, but when things get bad, they really don't seem like a good option. I can go through an entire box of Puffs in a bad day.
