Is that different from search results that are 'sponsored'? Or youtube thumbnails that pretend to be legitimate videos, presented in the same grid? Or ads embedded inside videos as long-winded barely-concealed endorsements of unrelated content?
I think that so far sponsored content didn’t have comments. This new do really look more like user generated content.
