I don't know where Pieter pulls the data from but one should note that this doesn't cover all accidents.

Pegasus Airlines has an excellent standing in this list but there are accidents where the plane got off the track.

In both cases, the plane was a Boeing 737-800.

I'm assuming this page is counting crashes, not the accidents that happen on the track.
