I'll try living with a 28 hour day

Strangely enough, people who live for long periods out of sight of normal day-night clues, and without an artificial time-keeper like a clock, seem to slip into a longer daily natural cycle. Somewhere around 27-28 hours.

It's probably an evolutionary memory thing from way back in our past, like the salt content of our blood reflects the lower salt concentration in the primordial seas.
