As long as it happens on the dark side, presumably nothing.
I'm a proponent of only doing major development on the far side of the moon. It would be cool if in the future, one could go out in the night in some places on earth and still see the same universe that our ancestors saw.
I wonder what still-extant primitive tribes make of all the satellites we're putting up there.
