Tangible Software Quality – Gojko Adzic and Sigurdur Birgisson [video]

Quality cannot be tested, it has to be built in, so ensuring the right quality needs to get captured in delivery plans and requirements. This is one of the biggest challenges for software delivery, since people first started building software till today, and forever. But defining quality was never an easy task. Different people have different perspectives, needs and expectations, and the job of unifying all that into a single consistent structure is almost impossibly difficult.

Gojko Adzic and Sigurdur Birgisson present several models that can help you with this task, turning software quality from a mysterious topic into something tangible, possible to discuss, capture and manage. This ensures that all the key business values and important perspectives are properly represented and evaluated during delivery.
