And this is the lesson today, always look for the details of those "studies", the average IQ of the graduate student today is about the same as the general population, everybody wants to publish, and so, most of what pass as science today is anything but it.

Frankly, this shouldn't even be here.

Most comments here are isolated demand for rigor[1]. I don't see anyone sharing better studies on 8 hour time-restricted eating, rather the case for it seems to be that suffering must be good and healthy.
